Project Description

When I was working as Head of Market Research at UCE, I make some interviews on the media about the situation of the Spanish electricity model and the introduction of competitiveness, changing from one based on a central purchasing agent model to one based on wholesale and retail competition.

As an organisation that support and defend the rights of the consumers, we had to ensure that the voice of consumers is heard clearly during the decision-making processes about the final consumer price.
